2. Intelligent Traffic Management and Regulation:

Applying information technology in traffic management, such as surveillance camera systems and intelligent traffic signal control, helps reduce congestion and increase traffic efficiency.

3. Building a Synchronous Transportation Infrastructure:

Investing in the construction of new roads, expanding existing roads, and building overpasses and underpasses to reduce traffic pressure.

4. Encouraging the Use of Public Transportation and Green Vehicles:

Implementing incentive policies for public transport users, such as fare reductions and preferential lanes. Promoting the benefits of using bicycles and electric motorbikes.
