Start on your hands and knees, lift your hips up and back, forming an inverted V-shape. Hold for 30 seconds.

5. Child’s Pose (Balasana):

Sit on your heels, bend forward, resting your forehead on the floor. Extend your arms forward. Breathe deeply and relax for 1 minute.
